The Enneagram is a comprehensive personality and personal development tool that will support increased trust and understanding of nine archetypal ways of being that translate to work and leadership styles. Two, it provides a path for growth. Rather than the Enneagram’s labels putting someone “in a box,” it provides a way to move beyond the limits we unknowingly put on ourselves. And three, it is comprehensive and holistic, providing clarity on how one can re-integrate neglected aspects of their personality. Additionally, with the team report, the Enneagram offers teams a lens into cultural dynamics and patterns in order to raise awareness and make more conscious choices about system-level interventions.

The Enneagram is not inherently proprietary and there are many questionnaires on the market. We use the iEQ9 Enneagram Questionnaire by Integrative Enneagram Solutions, to facilitate in-depth awareness-building for individual and interpersonal dynamics.
